Good to know

How it works

Clean the glass and the suction cups with warm water, and dry both. Press each cup firmly onto the glass, pushing the air out, then hook the ropes on — the hammock hangs level against the window. Re-press any cup that loosens over time, as with any suction mount. Smooth, clean glass only: not textured, frosted or film-covered panes.

How much weight does it hold?

We're load-testing it ourselves and will publish a tested limit here. Until then, check that every cup is fully seated before your cat uses it, and keep it to one cat at a time.
Will it fit my window?

The bed is about 55 cm (21.5 in) wide, so you'll need a smooth glass pane at least that wide, plus some room above for the ropes.
My cat won't use it — any tips?

Mount it on the sunniest window they already like, and add a blanket that smells familiar. Most cats take a few days to trust a new spot.
How do I clean it?

Wipe the cloth with a damp cloth and mild soap, then let it air-dry. Don't machine-wash the frame.
